PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Reservations
We kindly ask you to contact us using the form below for any reservation request, specifying your dates of stay. We will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.

Duration of stay
We only accept stays of 7 days or more.

Occupation
The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 adults. On request, we can install a baby bed to accommodate your child under 2 years old.
Pets are not allowed

Prices
CHF 165.- per apartment per night (tourist tax, charges, bedding, bath towels, weekly cleaning included.)

Payment
For any reservation we ask for the payment of a deposit of 100.- CHF in order to guarantee your reservation.
The balance can be paid in cash or by card on the day of your arrival or in advance by bank transfer.

Terms of cancelation
The tenant can terminate the contract at any time subject to the following conditions:
Up to 42 days before arrival: CHF 100.- administration fees
From 41 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
From 9 to 0 day (s) before arrival, no-show: 80% of the total amount of the reservation
AVAILABILITY
RATES
Prices per apartment / night (excluding cleaning costs and tourist tax)
Stay of 2 to 6 nights: CHF 175.-
Stay from 7 to 29 nights: on request
Stay of 30 nights or more: on request
Weekly cleaning extra: CHF 70.-
Tourist tax: CHF 4.20/day, incl. free local public transport (bus and train) and free entry to all museums in the canton.
Payment
For all reservations, we require payment of an advance payment of 200.- CHF and a deposit of 400.- (refunded within 5 days) with the rental.
The balance can be paid in cash, by credit card, twint or in advance by bank transfer.
CONDITIONS
Duration of stay
We favour weekly stays. However, the minimum stay is possible from 2 nights.
Occupation
Accommodation is provided for 2 adults. On request, we can install an extra bed.
Pets are not allowed.
Terms of cancelation
The tenant can terminate the contract at any time subject to the following conditions:
Short stay:

Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in.

After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night.
Stay of 28 nights and more:

Reservations are fully refundable for 48 hours after the booking is confirmed, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in.

More than 48 hours after booking, guests can cancel before check-in and get a full refund, minus the first 30 days.

In case of premature handing back, the agreed amount is due, except specific agreement.
In this particular period of the pandemic, an amicable arrangement may be discussed in the event of cancellation related to the coronavirus.
